Special Offerings During Intersession
Yoga Meditation for Stress & Anxiety 1/9/25
Employee Wellness is excited to announce a special Yoga Meditation class led by Miranda Miaris, a Certified Yoga Instructor, designed to help you reduce stress and anxiety. Join us on Thursday, January 9th, 2025, for a calming session that combines gentle yoga poses, mindful breathing, and meditation techniques to promote relaxation and mental clarity. Participation is limited to 35 attendees; registration is required. Please fill out the Royal Sync registration below to ensure your spot.
Opioid Overdose Prevention and Narcan Training - Free Narcan Kits 1/16/25
The Employee Wellness Program, in partnership with the Wright Center, invites you to an educational session on recognizing the signs of and preventing an opioid overdose. Participants will learn how to administer Naloxone and receive a free Narcan kit. Thursday, January 16th, from 2 pm-3 pm in the Moscovitz Theater (TDC 401).

Weekly Wellness Classes- Spring 2025
Drop-in classes taught by professional instructors to promote stress relief and increase strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Classes are free and open to students, staff and faculty. Spring Semester classes will begin on Wednesday, January 22, 2025
